Jerry Leslie Harris (1935-2023)

Jerry Leslie Harris served at the Foundation for more than 20 years. During that time, he helped churches with their capital campaigns, construction projects, and lending needs.

A graduate of Gateway Seminary, Jerry served churches in Santee and San Jose before he and his family were called to Barbados as IMB missionaries. When he returned to California in the early 1980s, Jerry became director of the Sunday School department at the California Southern Baptist Convention. He came to the Foundation in 1991 as Vice President of Church Finance.
He was a commited member of Woodward Park Baptist Church in Fresno for over 50 years.

Brother Jerry passed away on Palm Sunday, April 2, 2023, at the age of 87.
