Bradley Frailey
Chief Investment Officer & Controller
Brad Frailey, CPA, MSA, CIMA serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Controller for the Foundation. Mr. Frailey began with the Foundation in 2017, joining as a Senior Accountant before moving to Controller in 2020. In 2021 he began overseeing the management of our various financial portfolios after obtaining his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the Investments & Wealth Institute. Prior to joining the Foundation, Frailey worked as an auditor and tax preparer for four years with a top-five national accounting firm. Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Accountancy from California State San Bernardino. He has been married since 2016 to his wife and has two children.
