Ty Salter serves as the Chief Credit and Capital Officer for the Foundation. Salter has significant senior-level experience in the area of church financial services, with expertise in real estate management, acquisition and liquidation, asset portfolio management, and organizational development. He served for several years as a lending officer for the North American Mission Board, a team leader with the Ohio Baptist State Convention, and a lending professional with national ministry-based organizations. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from McNeese State University and is a long-time Southern Baptist. Salter and his wife, Terri, have been married for 36 years. They have one son, a daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
